ReaganReagan is the boss and founder of Symphony Construction. He is very meticulous and works hard to make sure each job is done perfectly. He is a product of a proud farming family and a fantastic teacher and our apprentices benefit from his leadership as they start their building careers. Reagan has been in the industry since he left school. He began an apprenticeship with the local builder in Thames. He owes his love of carpentry to the Thames-based builder and his high school woodwork teacher. Now, he is the face and driving force of Symphony Construction.

Meet Reagan, Logan, Jake and Nate our building team.
LoganLogan's been with Symphony since 2021. He became a builder because he loved woodwork class at school and decided to start a career in the building trade. He loves turning a patch of dirt into a finished home. His favourite thing about working with Symphony is the camaraderie within the small crew. If he's not on the building site, you'll probably find him fishing on the beach or a boat.
NateNate has been in the carpentry trade for five years and has enjoyed every bit. He first became interested in the trade after a bit of casual labour for a previous business and immediately fell in love with the job. Here at Symphony, he is currently in his 3rd year as an apprentice and has taken every challenge head-on – he cannot wait to get stuck into the 4th year! As much as he enjoys building and renovations, he also enjoys playing the odd video game, exploring hidden gems around Aotearoa and spending time with the lads.
JakeJake is originally from Northland and grew up in the dairy farming industry. He left school at 15 and studied at G&H Training, completing his carpentry theory assessments. In 2019, he moved down to the Waikato to pursue his building career further by doing labour work for a company in Matamata. After an injury, he moved into the motorcycle scene, working for Pirelli distributing motorcycle gear and tyres. Jake has recently started with Symphony Construction as an apprentice and loves every aspect of the job. His hobbies include fishing, gaming, socialising, motocross, assisting his father-in-law in his workshop, and working on classic cars.
